More progress in less time.

What if you could get to the core of your issue more efficiently, experiencing meaningful work in a shorter amount of time? Intensives are extended therapy sessions designed to support focused, immersive trauma-informed work. Rather than meeting in standard weekly sessions, intensives allow for concentrated processing over one or more longer sessions, with dedicated preparation and integration support. Intensives are condensed blocks of focused treatment.

Virtual Intensives in Washington and Idaho…

Intensives can range from multi-day, full-day, or half-day sessions. I currently offer virtual, 3-hour intensive option. We can do deep work without having to stop because “time is up.” In a traditional 50-minute session, it’s possible to get about 20-30 minutes of processing time, which often doesn’t feel like enough - both for you as the client who has been living with the issue and for the clinician who hopes to bring relief to their clients. Research on intensives shows that this is a safe, cost-effective treatment for clients.

EMDR / Brainspotting Intensive - fees and cancellation policy

  • 3-hour intensive session is $650

  • To reserve your Intensive session, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 business days prior to the start of your intensive. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

Intensives may be a good option for you if….

  • You’ve been struggling with an issue for a while and want to do deeply focused work (i.e., traumatic events, performance anxiety, etc.).

  • You have a primary therapist who doesn’t offer EMDR and want to work on a specific issue.

  • Traditional weekly sessions don’t fit into your schedule, or you simply prefer to make progress in a condensed timeframe.

  • You want to spend less time in therapy sessions and more time enjoying your life!
